When registering for the 2020 SIOP Conference in Austin, consider adding the preconference workshops that take place on Wednesday, April 22, the day before the actual conference begins. SIOP preconference workshops are a great opportunity to learn from leading experts in the field in an intimate, interactive setting; network with peers facing the same challenges you are; and, for those who need them, earn continuing education (CE) credits.

This year’s workshops focus on a number of issues at the forefront of our field, including the impact of technology on I-O psychology and the world of work (artificial intelligence, the future of work, data visualization), strategic HR management (agile HR, linking human capital initiatives to business results), and cutting edge OD techniques (storytelling, employee listening systems, “sticky” leadership development, inclusive coaching). They also offer an opportunity for busy practitioners to keep up with cutting edge and emerging I-O research.
