Conversation Series Featuring Rose Mueller-Hanson Sept. 30

SIOP’s Conversation Series gives attendees the opportunity to have a conversation with some of the leading minds in I-O psychology. Join us Sept. 30 as Rose Mueller-Hanson participates in an “Ask Me Anything”-style conversation about her work. The conversation will begin at 10:30 a.m. CDT.

For more than 20 years, Mueller-Hanson has dedicated her career to helping improve individual and organizational performance through better talent management. A strong advocate for creating more effective and engaging approaches to career development and performance management, she is the co-author of several recent articles on the topic, and the book Transforming Performance Management to Drive Performance.

Mueller-Hanson is a co-recipient of the M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in the Workplace (with colleagues from PDRI), awarded by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). In 2014, she was elected a Fellow in SIOP where she previously served as the chair of the Continuing Education Committee. She has presented her work at numerous national conferences and in a variety of publications. She is the past president of the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington DC.

She is currently the associate director/CFO of Community Interface Services, a nonprofit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities. Prior to joining Community Interface Services, Mueller-Hanson was a director of Talent Solutions at PDRI, a CEB Company, and served in the U.S. Air Force. She received her doctorate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
