Participants Sought for Study: Supervisor and Employee Relationships

I am seeking participants for a survey study on employee-supervisor relationships.

The study includes three 5-minute surveys spread out over the course of 5 weeks. In looking at supervisor-employee pairs, the study aims to improve our understanding of how certain supervisor actions impact employees' feelings towards them.

To participate, you must be employed at least part time and have either a supervisor or direct reports. I also ask that participants recruit either their supervisor or a direct report. To thank you for your participation, you will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Amazon gift card at the conclusion of the study. Participants will also receive a summary report that will include overall results. However, individual responses will be kept completely confidential.

You can click the link below to read more about the study and start Survey #1.
