COVID-19 has impacted the world in a myriad of ways – and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Now is the time for I-O scientists, practitioners, educators, and students to lead the way and help organizations reinvent their workplaces based on data and best practices.

The SIOP Annual Conference provides you the opportunity to influence the future of work by submitting emerging, forward-thinking proposals. Submissions are not limited to completed research. Changes in the workplace are happening quickly; in-progress research and anticipatory data are important pieces of this conversation.

What are you seeing and hearing as I-O experts? What’s working? What’s not working? What are the trends? Share your cutting-edge research and best practices with other thought leaders to reimagine and reshape emerging workplaces and workplace culture.
