Request for Participants for a SIOP Panel Focusing on Engagement Data

I am Ashita, a Senior Manager in Research and People Analytics within Talent Management at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. My work focuses on designing and executing research studies and experiments that integrate various data sources, particularly joining engagement data with other organizational metrics (performance review, internal movement, turnover, exit survey etc).

To further our collective understanding of the diverse use cases for engagement data, I would like to invite industry practitioners to collaborate on a potential SIOP Panel submission. This panel would involve discussions and the sharing of real-world examples that highlight how engagement data can be leveraged for actionable insights and strategic action planning. This panel could potentially could also provide a valuable opportunity for both students and practitioners to explore career pathing.

For students, it offers a chance to understand how survey data can drive meaningful action planning, while also introducing them to the growing field of people analytics. Practitioners, on the other hand, will gain insights into action planning from fellow professionals, offering fresh ideas they can apply within their own organizations. This exchange of knowledge can enhance their approach to leveraging engagement data for strategic decision-making.

If you are interested in being a part of this panel and would like to contribute ideas to shape its scope and purpose, please feel free to reach out to me at ashita.goswami@takeda.com. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring this exciting opportunity for collaboration
