Conference Career Center Provides Opportunities to find I-O Psychology Talent

Registration for the 2024 SIOP Annual Conference Conference Career Center (CCC), which will provide a platform for job seekers to find roles for the next phase in their careers and for employers to find I-O psychology talent, is going strong. The CCC provides a unique opportunity for organizations to advertise current or upcoming jobs and network with a pool of strong I-O psychology talent, among other valuable offerings.

In 2023, all employers providing feedback indicated they found the CCC to be moderately to extremely valuable. Employer testimony included “The CCC has been a valuable resource for a long time,” The addition of the open house was very nice,” and “My company really benefited from the open house.”

If you are responsible for hiring, or have colleagues who are responsible for hiring, we invite you to note the benefits of participating in the CCC:

  • Gain access to a large pool of qualified applicants
  • Increase your brand awareness
  • Expand your reach to new markets
  • Save time and money

Specific opportunities available for employers include access to the new CCC Job Portal operated by YM Careers, consistent availability of quality interview space, and job postings.

Tiered pricing options are available on the SIOP webpage. Exhibit Hall vendors receive an additional discount on their CCC Employer registration. Email careerservices@siop.org to receive your discount code.

If the full benefits of the CCC are more than you need at this time, employers can choose to only secure a table at the Career Center Open House, which will be held April 18. The cost is $50 a la carte or is included with all job posting registration options.
