The workshop will begin at 2 p.m. EDT Oct. 23. Together, neuroscience and I-O psychology offer powerful tools for helping people and organizations deliver peak performance by understanding and managing human behavior at work. In this virtual workshop presented by SIOP and GAIOP, the Georgia Association for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Dr. Gary Lambert, an I-O psychologist with executive experience in several industry verticals, including Fortune 100 organizations, teams up with Dr. Kelly Lambert, a researcher and educator with expertise in behavioral and clinical neuroscience and neuroplasticity whose research has been widely published in academic and popular media. Together, they will share actionable insights about optimal decision making, resilience, and coping styles, among other topics. This workshop will also give participants first-hand experience using powerful online cognitive training programs targeting important work behaviors and specific brain processes.
