The convention provides a platform for exploring the latest developments across multiple fields of psychology, offering opportunities for networking, professional development, and sharing of educational content. The theme for this year's SIOP/APA Division 14 is "Teams, Tech, and Inclusion: The Future of Work." This theme highlights the evolving nature of the workplace and the associated challenges and opportunities for collaboration in an increasingly digital and diverse work environment. Topics related to teamwork, technology integration, and fostering inclusive work cultures are of particular interest, but submissions on all division-relevant subjects are welcome. The submission window is open now through January 8, 2025. This is a great opportunity for those interested in contributing to the field and sharing their research with a broad, interdisciplinary audience. If you have any specific questions regarding submissions for the SIOP/APA Division 14 program, please reach out to SIOP Program-APA Committee Chair Jennifer Wessel at jwessel@umd.edu. For further details on the submission process and to submit your proposal, visit the APA Call for Proposals webpage.
