SIOP Annual Conference Proposal Submission Portal Now Open

The SIOP Program Committee is working hard to provide a meaningful, enriching, and exciting conference experience in Denver in April. Diverse, high-quality proposals are an important component of this goal. The new Submission Portal for proposals is now open.

The submission deadline for proposals is 5 p.m. ET October 9, 2024. 

There are notable changes related to the Call for Proposals this year, including the new submission portal and a new reviewing expectation for submitters. We recommend carefully reading through the Call for Proposals for information about these new items; further details regarding eligibility, submission formatting, and requirements; and access to the Submission Portal.

To ensure a smooth submission process, please make sure that your SIOP membership is up to date and that you have your SIOP membership ID number, which is located in your membership profile. Using the latest version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox will also help in the submission process.
