Request for Study Participants to Explore the Relationship Between Organizational Expectations and Workplace Behaviors Within the Public Sector

My name is Chris Kinney and I am a doctoral student in the Industrial Organizational Psychology program at Adler University. I am currently seeking volunteers to complete a brief survey for my dissertation study.

The study aims to examine public sector employees’ expectations of their organization, the degree the organization meets those expectations, and their relationship to employee workplace behaviors.

I seek individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are currently employed by public sector organizations, to include government agencies (federal, state, or local), public education institutions, or non-profit organizations.

If you are interested in participating, please visit https://adler.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_a2BJcSJUIYCWRmu to complete the survey. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes and can be completed online at your convenience. Please note:

  • Participation is completely voluntary.

  • Your participation and information will be kept confidential.

Please feel free to pass this study information to other people who might be willing to participate.

If you have any questions, please contact me at ckinney@adler.edu or the Adler Institutional Review Board at IRB@adler.edu.
