Ethical and legal issues in AI for organizational consultants and managers

A special issue call for papers

Submission deadline: May 1, 2024

Guest editors: Rodney L. Lowman, PhD, ABAP and Joanie B. Connell, PhD

The guest editors of the Consulting Psychology Journal (CPJ) welcome submissions for a special issue on ethical and legal issues in artificial intelligence (AI) for organizational consultants and managers.

Organizational and consulting psychologists are increasingly involved with AI—using it in their daily work, advising their clients about it, and considering what is, and is not, ethical. This CPJ special issue will include articles on key areas of ethical concern that are important to organizational consultants and managers.

Articles are encouraged to bridge theory, research, and practice and illustrate ethical dilemmas consultants may face with real-world case examples of consultants’ experience concerning ethical use of AI.
