Ariel Ellis / Thursday, February 22, 2024 / Categories: Calls and Announcements, Announcements Participate in a Survey About The Impact of Technological Preparedness on Remote Employee Performance Hello, my name is Lucia Nkem. I am a Doctoral student at The Chicago School. This study is being conducted as a part of my dissertation requirement for Business Psychology. The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between technology readiness and acceptance on employee (task) performance in a remote work environment. This survey will take between 10 -15 minutes and will remain open for 3-4 weeks or until the target goal is reached. During this study, you will be asked to complete an online survey with 37 questions +( 7 demographics). There are four sections to the survey which consist of questions about your readiness and acceptance to use technology, demographics, and your overall task performance within your organization. The survey should take approximately 10 -15 minutes to complete. Although you may not benefit, it will help organizations understand an employee’s technology readiness level and to understand how well the employee perceive and respond to technology to successfully complete task and their overall performance.
