I-O in the Classroom: Sharing Our Science via Pedagogy, the winter issue, is now available. In her Editor’s Column, Adriane M. F. Sanders writes about the value of finding an activity that “stokes your enthusiasm, quells the quiet rage you may be carrying, and/or loosens your pressure valve.” Author submissions for the spring issue, Translating Science to Practice, are due Feb. 1. This issue grew out of an idea to work with the SIOP Scientific Affairs Committee to publish translations of prominent academic research. The TIP Editorial Board is looking for research translations that are written for practicing I-O psychologists or for I-O/HR practitioners. They could be translations of an individual article or a collection of recent articles related to a specific issue or topic. To submit, email Adriane Sanders with the subject line: Translating Science to Practice. Articles should be no longer than 3,000 words. And don’t forget that nominations for the next TIP editor are due Jan. 31, 2024. We look forward to your engagement in this exciting, themed issue of TIP!
