Conference Submissions Are Due Oct. 11

Conference submissions for the 2024 SIOP Annual Conference are due by 5 p.m. ET, October 11, 2023.

The SIOP Program committee continues to offer opportunities to present and/or attend the conference virtually. The virtual modality allows for greater inclusion and accessibility for our growing membership in conjunction with the premier in-person experience that draws attendees from around the country and world. The in-person conference experience will be held in Chicago from April 17-20, 2024.

This year’s Call for Proposals offers three choices when submitting proposals:

  1. In-person only. These sessions will be presented live in Chicago, IL from April 18-20, 2024. A select few in-person sessions will be recorded for attendees to watch later, and non-poster submitters will be asked upon submission whether their session is willing to be recorded.
  2. Virtual only. Non-poster sessions (e.g., symposiums, panels, master tutorials) will be delivered concurrently with the in-person program via Zoom. Virtual posters will continue to be delivered asynchronously.
  3. Flexible. This year, we are offering a new option for those who are open to either session modality (in-person or virtual). Sessions will be assigned a modality if they are accepted.

In-person attendees will be able to present in both in-person and virtual sessions; however, virtual attendees will ONLY be able to present in virtual sessions.

We recommend carefully reading through the Call for Proposals in detail for a full list of eligibility rules and proposal requirements prior to submitting by 5 p.m. ET, October 11, 2023.

Thank you for contributing to the continued learning and sharing of research, practice, and thought leadership within the SIOP community by submitting your work to the 2024 SIOP Annual Conference!
