Three Virtual Preconsortium Workshops Available – Now Open to Everyone

Maximizing diversity and validity outcomes of talent assessment programs. Understanding AI assessment and conducting bias audits. Adapting leadership assessment to address today’s challenges.

These are important and relevant issues in today’s workplace. And SIOP Leading Edge Consortium workshop attendees will hear the latest action-oriented research and guidance at these workshops later this month.

Due to interest in these timely talent assessment topics, workshops are now open to everyone. Workshops are aimed at seasoned practitioners looking to learn and develop their skills in these critical talent assessment areas.

The 2023 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium: Talent Assessment Strategies for the Future will provide a timely, dynamic look at talent assessment science and practice. These virtual workshops held before the LEC will provide a deeper dive into this topic. CE credit will be available.
