New SIOP Professional Practice Series Book on Talent Assessment Now Available

A new book from The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Professional Practice Series provides the latest information on one of the most important topics in I-O psychology: talent assessment.

Edited by Tracy Kantrowitz, Douglas H. Reynolds, and John C. Scott, Talent Assessment: Embracing Innovation and Mitigating Risk in the Digital Age is an up-to-date and comprehensive source of innovations, research summaries, and case studies of the most cutting-edge topics in talent assessment. Included are chapters on some of the most pressing issues in I-O psychology (e.g., diversity and inclusion, ethics in machine learning) presented in several short chapters from leaders in the field, enabling the reader to quickly understand current issues.
