We encourage you to save the date for this timely forum that will uniquely integrate contemporary science, practice, and guidance on assessment. Talent Assessment Strategies for the Future will be held Thursday, October 5, and Friday, October 6, 2023, at the Warwick Hotel Philadelphia. This year, the LEC is limited to 200 registrants, and we expect significant interest in this core I-O topic. Registration will open in early July. 2023 LEC Committee members are putting the finishing touches on a program that will cover a wide range of assessment-related topics, including implications associated with updated assessment validity findings, advanced assessment technology, and recent legislation related to AI assessment.
