Free Webinar: Recommendations for Accessible Classrooms and Workplaces

The SIOP Disability, Inclusion, and Accessibility Ad Hoc Committee (DIAC) is excited to announce an upcoming webinar, "Recommendations for Accessible Classrooms and Workplaces," hosted March 2, from 12:30-1:45 p.m. ET. 

Attendees will leave this event able to:

• Identify the main barriers to accessible workplaces and classrooms.
• Explain the key effective (versus ineffective) accessibility practices.
• Determine specific practices to implement to make classrooms and workplaces more accessible.

Panelists include:

• Dr. Kathleen Bogart, Associate Professor of Social Health Psychology with Oregon State University
• Dr. Susanne Bruyère, Professor of Disability Studies and the Director of the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability at Cornell University
• Larry Philippe, Ed.D, Director of Disability Services and ADA Coordinator with Texas Tech University
• Brenna Sniderman, Managing Director, Center for Integrated Research at Deloitte
