Jason Kinney is an organizational development professional and executive coach at NASA’s Langley Research Center. He has received corporate, collegiate, and national awards for contributions to the development of high-quality leaders. His graduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning is augmented by professional credentials in organizational development, coaching, training management, design thinking, and one of the highest regarded trade apprenticeships in the nation. In this episode, Kinney will bring fresh perspectives on how to effectively partner with leaders and teams to co-create healthy, mission-conquering and forward leaning organizations. He will be sharing his diverse expertise on leadership and organizational development, acquired through work and service in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
