Register Now for the Master’s Consortium

The SIOP Consortia Committee has once again developed four exciting consortia as part of the 2023 SIOP Annual Conference. We will highlight all four here in the Source, starting with the Master’s Consortium, which is geared toward second-year students who intend to move into a full-time practitioner role following graduation.

This year’s Master’s Consortium will be conducted online in four, 2-hour sessions across a 2-week period between April 4 and April 13.

Each session will feature speakers representing a broad spectrum of applied roles who will focus on their journey from a master's-level I-O student to their established career and dive into what it’s like to be a practitioner in their space. A list of speakers can be found on the Consortia webpage.

Additionally, back by popular demand, the consortium will serve up developmental material in the form of mini-sessions and augmented breaks. These sessions will focus on essential career skills such as business acumen, effective communication, salary negotiation, interviewing tips, personal branding, and more.

Register for the consortium when you register for the conference. If you have already registered for the conference, you can go back and add a consortium at any time.
