2022 OPM Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) Governmentwide Management Report Available!

Today U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) posted the comprehensive 2022 OPM Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) Governmentwide Management Report. As you may be aware, FEVS is administered every year and is an organizational climate survey that assesses how employees experience policies, practices, and procedures characteristic of their respective agencies and leadership. The 2022 OPM FEVS Governmentwide Management Report includes an expanded and in-depth perspective on governmentwide results with details of the survey, information important to interpretation of results, year-by-year results trends, and detailed results by agency.

Earlier this fall, OPM released the initial high-level governmentwide results for the 2022 FEVS which was a first look at results on core and new indices, all items, and results by agency size category. Employee feedback from FEVS has proven essential for identifying meaningful change, guiding initiatives, and achieving performance cultures capable of meeting mission priorities throughout the federal government.
