This session, which features keynote speaker Dr. Adriane M.F. Sanders, will focus on challenges graduate programs, particularly online programs, face in preparing students and supporting faculty. Guidance on how online programs have overcome these barriers as well as open discussion on what else can help support online graduate programs and students will be discussed. Attending this workshop will help attendees: Make connections Development relevant skills Prepare for their I-O-related careers Students and faculty (particularly those who mentor/advise undergraduate and graduate students in I-O psychology) are invited.
