2022 Leading Edge Consortium Features Three Workshops

Registrants of the 2022 Leading Edge Consortium: Rethinking Employee Experience to Create Agility and Resilience for the “Next Normal have the additional opportunity to attend up to two valuable workshops.

Focusing on the key workforce issues and challenges organizations have been facing, what they are doing differently to address and adapt to these, and what they have learned about developing agility and resilience along the way, the 2022 Leading Edge Consortium (LEC) will be held in Atlanta in October.

Preconsortium workshops include:

  • Workplace Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Belonging: New Perspectives, Insights, and Actions
  • Mental Health in the Workplace: The Critical Role of Managers
  • How Leaders Create Organizational Agility and Resilience: It’s Not What You Think

Workshops are only open to LEC attendees. The workshops are under review for 3.5 continuing education credits each for psychologists and human resource professionals. 

The LEC is returning to the Loews Atlanta this October for the first in-person LEC since 2019. Led by Chair Elaine Pulakos, the 2022 LEC boasts a plethora of timely topics, including changes in work, workers, and organizations; improving the employee experience; well-being; and leading through disruption. There will be case studies, panels, and Q&A sessions.

Workshops will be held Thursday, October 6. Each of these half-day workshops will be held once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Attendees may take one or two. The consortium begins on Friday, October 7 and will present an entire day of cutting-edge programming. A reception and networking dinners will follow.

Saturday, October 8 will feature a half day of programming from 8 a.m. to noon, providing attendees with a robust learning opportunity while allowing for more options for travel or enjoying Atlanta.
