Register Now for the 2022 Masters Consortium

The SIOP Consortia Committee has once again developed four exciting consortia as part of the 2022 SIOP Annual Conference. We will highlight all four here in the Source, continuing with the Masters Consortium.

This year’s Masters Consortium will be conducted virtually in four parts across a 2-week period between April 11 and April 22. Each session will be about 2 hours and will have one or two keynote speakers from a decorated lineup.

Speakers will focus on their journey from a masters I-O student to their established career and dive into what it’s like to work in their employment setting. They will highlight the key inflection points, decisions, and advantages – as well as considerations and lessons learned – to help guide students and new-to-career professionals along their journey. Speakers represent a broad swath of I-O career paths, including assessment specialists, external consultants, internal I-O practitioners, government personnel research, and HRBPs.

A list of speakers can be found on the Consortia webpage.

Additionally, back by popular demand, the consortium will serve up supplemental developmental material in the form of mini sessions and augmented breaks. Topics this year will include, but are not limited to, speed networking, interview tips and tricks, and how to get involved in SIOP.

Register for the consortium when you register for the conference. Email Masters Consortium chairs Chris Rosett and Brandon Riggs if you have questions.
