Complete a Survey about Toxic Bosses!

This study is being conducted by a Master’s student at the University of Cincinnati. The survey focuses on the long-term effects of having a toxic boss. We are assessing toxic behaviors from bosses in a work context (not in a school or social organization context.) Your responses will be kept completely anonymous and only reported in arrogate form. This survey takes between 20-30 minutes to complete. Please read the information sheet and the directions carefully before starting the survey. 

You may participate in this study if you meet ALL the following requirements:  

•   You have worked or are currently working under a boss that you deem toxic or abusive.  
•   You are at least 18 years old.  
•   You are NOT a past or current employee of the University of Cincinnati. If you are a UC student but do not or have not worked for the University, you may still participate.  
•   You have NOT worked for Dr. Donna Chrobot-Mason either privately or in her lab. If you have been her student but have not ever worked for her, you may still participate. 
•   You have NOT experienced physical abuse, sexual harassment, or criminal activity from a supervisor.
