Calling all CHROs: Join the CHRO Advisory Board

Submitted by Erica Pieczonka, Lynn Collins, and Sandra Hartog

You are invited to participate in an exciting opportunity to connect with your CHRO peers and discuss the topics that matter most to you and your businesses.

The SIOP Learning Resources for Practitioners (LRP) Committee is pleased to announce the relaunch of the CHRO Advisory Board. The purpose of the Advisory Board is to create a community of interest where leaders will discuss pressing organizational issues and share solutions.

Your involvement will also uncover valuable insights for I-O practitioners and researchers alike, allowing SIOP members the rare opportunity to learn what organizations really need and respond strategically. The workplace is experiencing a significant period of transformation; together we can make a difference for people at work and their organizations.

What is the time investment? The Advisory Board will meet quarterly. Time commitment for each meeting will be 60-90 minutes depending on the agenda. Agendas will be sent a month prior to our sessions to help you plan accordingly.

Interested in joining? If you are a CHRO and are interested in joining the Advisory Board, please contact Erica Pieczonka (erica@pieczonkacoaching.com). Once part of the Advisory Board, you will receive an invitation for our first meeting to be held from 2 to 3 p.m. ET Jan. 26.

Not a CHRO? The LRP Committee will report findings from the Advisory Board to SIOP members. More information to come.

See you in 2022!
