Our Trend Champions curated several of the highlights in our Q3 Round Ups, which you can access from the links below. A couple highlights follow below: Trend #2: Employee health, well-being, wellness, and safety remained in focus throughout Q3 in large part due to the spread of the COVID-19 delta variant. In light of this, many employers responded by shifting long-awaited return-to-office plans and addressing related priorities including (a) vaccine mandates, (b) work compensation and design, (c) AI and employee health, and more. Trend #4: Inclusive practices to get, keep, and grow talent were highlighted in a recent study by professor and SIOP member Christiane Spitzmuller, who found that having a search committee chaired by either a woman or person of color resulted in greater diversity in the applicant pool.
