This year the topic is decision-making at large and: “What are the psychological aspects of making difficult/ unpopular decisions?” specifically. Any topics closely related to decision making, in general, are welcome. The association is a nonprofit organization, whose chief aim is to educate the larger populace/ organizational psychologist community and HR professionals of Latvia about the latest I/O psychology tendencies. The conference will be organized on the 14th and 21st of October. The plan is to have it open around 16:00 Riga time (Riga, UTC+3).
