Today marks the SIOP Membership Analytics Committee’s final request for members to fill in or update their membership profiles before the committee begins its next analysis of member data.

Filling in your demographic information can help members better find and connect with each other while also improving SIOP leadership’s ability to make data-based decisions. Specifically:

• Demographic information can help SIOP with attracting and retaining underrepresented groups.
• Providing your demographics can help SIOP personalize its resources, events, and product offerings to members across work settings, tenure in the field, and so on.
• A completed profile makes you more likely to be contacted by potential clients, members of the media, and people looking for project collaborators who use the SIOP Membership Directory and other SIOP registries.
• Finally: it's just good science!
