The most significant work and organizational conference in Europe is the EAWOP Biennial Congress and the next one is being hosted in Glasgow (11-14 January 2022) where Industrial & Organizational Psychologists from across Europe and indeed the entire world will gather. Typically, over 50 countries are represented with attendances approaching 2000 psychologists. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Glasgow in January where you can finally meet other psychologists in person after the long period of the pandemic. This will be a very exciting event with opportunities to share your own work as well as hear the work of others and the contributions of our keynote speakers. In addition to oral papers, posters and symposia we have some new submission categories that are especially focused on early-career attendees and doctoral students who we particularly welcome and support. We also have a wide range of optional workshops that can be sampled. The EAWOP Congress has traditionally had a strong academic programme showcasing the latest findings, and we would love to replicate this again after a long-enforced break. In addition, poster presentations and 7-minute Science are especially suited to current MSc and PhD students interested in maximising the international impact of their ongoing research efforts. Submissions have been extended, but only until 30th June so don’t miss your opportunity to contribute to the programme and showcase your work. Submissions can be made via the congress website where you can also find full information: https://www.eawop2022.org/submissions/. You may be concerned about the pandemic situation and travel arrangements. We are operating a very positive refund policy and have hotel arrangements that require no deposit and can be cancelled up to the last moment. We will also employ a hybrid or a virtual approach should the worst-case scenario emerge. We very much look forward to receiving your submissions and please do forward this mail to other colleagues or students who may be interested.
