The Association for Research in Personality is a scientific organization devoted to bringing together scholars whose research contributes to the understanding of personality structure, development, and dynamics.

As part of ongoing efforts to increase the diversity and inclusivity of the Association of Research in Personality, we will be offering FREE 2-year memberships to all new members who register through July 23, 2021. This offer is available to researchers from all institutions and career stages.

All ARP members receive online access to Social Psychological and Personality Science, a journal co-sponsored by ARP and several other research societies. ARP members will be able to register for this year’s conference for free as well. The 7th Biennial Meeting of the Association for Research in Personality will take place online across a series of Friday meetings in July of 2021. The dates for these events are July 9th, July 16th, and July 23rd, and staggered start times will be used in recognition of the disparate geographies (and time zones) across which ARP members live and work.
