Volunteers Needed for Website Improvement Subcommittee

The SIOP Electronic Communications Committee is looking for volunteers for its Website Improvement Subcommittee to help with a user experience project in May. Volunteers are welcome to stay on the committee past this initial phase if they’d like.

SIOP members with survey and focus group experience, who have experience or interest in website usability, or who consider themselves people persons are especially encouraged to volunteer.

Volunteers will commit to donating 3 to 6 hours of their time during May to conduct user experience (UX) interviews with SIOP members to better understand what works well on the SIOP website, what could use improvement, and what members would like to see on the website.

Meetings will take place via Zoom, although in-person meetings are possible depending on member location and comfort. All data collection must be completed by June 1.

Volunteers and interviewees will play a pivotal role in helping SIOP improve its website to better serve its members and meet its strategic goals.

For more information and to sign up, email Dr. Victoria Mattingly at victoria@mattinglysolutions.com. Positions are first-come, first-served, so don’t delay!
