Speed Mentoring – Thursday, April 8, 2021, from 11a.m.-12:30 p.m. CT

• Open to early-career practitioners (up to 5 years post MA/PhD)
• Advice and recommendations from seasoned professionals
• Includes two, 30-minute discussions on specific topics facilitated by one or more expert practitioners
• Meeting virtually via Zoom

Speed Benchmarking – Friday, April 9, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 pm. CT

• Open to mid- to late-career practitioners (5+ years post MA/PhD)
• A deep dive on I-O topics with expert practitioners
• Includes two, 30-minute discussions on specific topics facilitated by one or more expert practitioners

Career Growth Exploration – Wednesday, April 7, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CT

• Open to mid- to late-career professionals
• Learn how other I-O practitioners have grown in their careers
• Explore a myriad of I-O practitioner career paths that will uniquely appeal to every attendee
• Select breakout rooms based on categories ranging from large firm to sole practitioner groups, as well as career benefits of I-O volunteerism and academic activity for in-depth discussions

Advanced Professional Development Program: Natural Language Processing – Four sessions taking place April 1 through April 29

• Learn almost everything you need to analyze your text-based data—from data cleaning and preparation, to using data to predict outcomes like job performance and turnover, to understanding text-based responses from employee surveys
• The program even ventures into state-of-the-art deep learning methods, including Transformer models, which are used by companies like Google and Microsoft for search and email autocomplete
