Seeking Unpublished Manuscripts on the Relationship Between HR Practices and Organizational Outcomes

Dear colleagues,

My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between HR practices and organizational outcomes. We would greatly appreciate your help in locating unpublished manuscripts (e.g., in-press articles, working papers, conference papers) and book chapters to include in this effort. To be included in our meta-analysis, studies need to report the effects of HR practices (e.g., staffing, training, rewards, etc.) on firm-level outcomes including, but not limited to, voluntary turnover rates, operational performance, and financial performance. We are especially interested in non-US samples. If you have any unpublished papers that meet these criteria, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us your papers. If a full paper is not available, we will send you a short questionnaire about your study. Please contact me at saehee.kang@marquette.edu by Feb. 15. Thank you very much in advance.

Sincerely,
Saehee (Sam) Kang
