They are now available for comment on the SIOP Web site. The deadline for commentary submissions is January 31, 2021. Submit commentaries via https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iopsych. The first focal article for this issue is Forms of Ethical Dilemmas in Industrial-Organizational Psychology by Joel Lefkowitz. The second focal article is .Defrag and Reboot? Consolidating Information and Communication Technology Research in I-O Psychology by Xinyu (Judy) Hu, Larissa K. Barber, YoungAh Park, and Arla Day. The focal articles can be downloaded from the Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice page. The journal page also contains details on the process of preparing and submitting a commentary. SIOP is still soliciting nominations for the position of editor-in-chief of IOP. Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice takes a focal article–peer commentary format, and commentaries are peer reviewed. We invite interested SIOP members to submit a commentary on either of these articles for consideration for publication. We hope to receive commentaries from a broad range of perspectives, including the science and practice communities, and U.S. and international perspectives.
