Participants sought for research study about junior managers' perceptions of executives' leadership styles and practices. 

Purpose: To explore and understand the lived experiences of junior managers and their perceptions of how they are influenced by the leadership styles and communication methods of executives when it comes to information sharing.

Volunteer Requirements: 18+, U.S. citizen, employed 1+ years, junior manager for 2+ years

Time Commitment: 45 minutes
