We would welcome your participation and are keen to hear from you if you are working from home at least part of the time, or are likely to be working from home soon. Participation involves 4 weekly 30 minute surveys followed by 5 monthly 30 minute surveys (6 months in total). Participants receive a personalised report after completing the first three surveys, alongside other benefits. To find out more about the survey and what's in it for you, click here. We have also launched a Thrive at Work at Home Series in which we provide evidenced-based and practical tips to help you be productive and mentally healthy when working from home.
