The first proposed amendment provides for a Diversity and Inclusion Officer to be added to the Executive Board and makes minor language adjustments in several sections of the Bylaws to accommodate this addition.

The second proposed amendment clarifies the eligibility of incumbent members of the Executive Board to run for future terms of offices and the expectation that incumbents will serve their full term once elected to an office.
