Register Now for #LEC19!

Registration is now open for the 2019 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium (LEC) taking place on October 25-26 at Loews Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, with workshops taking place on the 24th.

The 15th Annual LEC, “Advancing the Edge: Assessment for the 2020s,” will concentrate on preparing assessment practitioners to manage trends with appropriate professional and scientific rigor.

Co-chaired by John Scott, APTMetrics, Inc, and Doug Reynolds, Development Dimensions International (DDI), the 2019 LEC is focused on bringing together a diverse group of thought leaders who explore the evolving state of practice and related science. The goal is to frame out practical solutions for managing disruptions and incorporating new insights and technologies into organizational assessment programs.

Scott explained, “The field of assessment is at a critical stage in its evolution. Significant advances in technologies, combined with market shifts among assessment providers have created tensions for both science and practice.  This year’s LEC will provide participants with a deeper understanding of these disruptors and demonstrate alternate paths for addressing critical challenges and leveraging new opportunities,”.

Reynolds continued, “It's been a while since the LEC covered an in-depth review of the application of assessment in the workplace, and so much has changed.  This event will be a great one-stop shop for exposure to the latest advances the and the challenges and opportunities they raise,”.
