Cort Rudolph

Cort Rudolph's headshotCort W. Rudolph, PhD, is a professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University and an elected Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Cort’s research interests are broad and cover a range of topics, however a central theme of his work is understanding issues related to the aging of the workforce through the lens of lifespan development theories. He also has expertise in topics related to occupational health and employee well-being, environmental sustainability, careers and career development, proactivity, individual differences, and leadership. Cort has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers, 30 book chapters, and coedited three books.

Joachim Hüffmeier

Joachim Hüffmeier's headshotJoachim Hüffmeier, PhD, is a professor of Social, Work, and Organizational Psychology at TU Dortmund University (Germany). Joachim’s research interests focus on negotiation and conflict, teamwork, occupational health, and the replicability of (psychological) research findings. Joachim has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers on these topics.

Tyree D. Mitchell

Tyree D. Mitchell's headshotTyree D. Mitchell, PhD, is an associate professor in the School of Leadership and Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University. Tyree’s research primarily focuses on understanding group processes in organizations (e.g., leadership, teamwork, trust, negotiations) using a social identity approach. His research has been funded by major funding agencies, such as the National Science Foundation (NSF), and has been published in high-impact peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Journal of Economy Applied Psychology). His recent book with University of Toronto Press, Searching for Trust in the Global, has been featured in popular press outlets (e.g., Forbes, Harvard Business Review). Dr. Mitchell serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Business and Psychology and the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.

Mona Weiss

Mona Weiss's headshotMona Weiss is a professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, Germany. She earned her PhD from the ETH Zurich in 2015 and worked in academic positions in the United States, Australia, and Germany. In her research program, she investigates employee voice and silence, teamwork, and diversity across multiple organizational contexts with a focus on high reliability organizations (e.g., hospitals). She employs multiple methodologies, such as behavioral observation, longitudinal surveys, and experiments. She has also served as PI and co-PI on two grants from the Swiss National Science Foundation that investigated the antecedents of speaking up in acute care teams and that supported the development of a teamwork training program in one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Her work was published in several peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, BMJ Quality and Safety, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and she has received multiple awards and distinctions for her research.

Brenton M. Wiernik

Brenton Wiernik's headshotBrenton M. Wiernik, PhD, is a research scientist at Meta and an independent researcher. His research interests include quantitative methods, mixed effects modeling and meta-analysis, and assessment of attitudes and individual differences. He the developer of widely-used R packages, including psychmeta and easystats. His work has appeared in journals such as Journal of Applied PsychologyJournal of Counseling Psychology, Behavioral Research Methods, and Psychological Methods.
