Save the Date for the 2025 SIOP Annual Conference

The 2025 SIOP Annual Conference is 4 months away, and excitement is building!

More than 1,300 submissions were received, indicating energy for the conference and ensuring a valuable cross-section of relevant and timely I-O psychology topics.

“The SIOP Program Committee is working diligently to develop an engaging conference program, using a new submission and review system, and endeavoring to maintain the tradition of delivering robust educational content,” said 2025 SIOP Program Chair Joe Allen. “We look forward to an amazing turnout in Denver and all the mentoring, networking, learning, and collaborating that will occur at the conference and into the future.”

Below are four things you need to know to start planning:

  1. The Opening Plenary will be held in Denver Wednesday, April 2, followed by the Welcome Reception. A Closing Event will be held Saturday, April 5.
  2. Hotel reservations can now be made at our headquarters hotel, the Hyatt Regency, which is just across the street from the convention center where the conference programming and events will be held.
  3. To build on the conference tradition of sharing knowledge and new ideas, we are now offering Research Community Forums, a new opportunity for individuals with similar interests to connect and experience meaningful research collaboration. Consider adding one of these new forums to your registration.
  4. Registration is expected to open in mid-January for this pinnacle event. Keep an eye out for more information in the coming weeks.

“The SIOP Conference Committee is working diligently to ensure that our 40th annual conference remains the ‘conference of choice’ on workplace psychology for all those interested in the field,” said 2025 SIOP Conference Chair Jack Kennedy. “Our goal is to present a conference that inspires our entire community, facilitates sharing knowledge and exciting new ideas, fosters a sense of inclusion for all, and provides an opportunity to build connections and friendships.”

We look forward to seeing you in Denver in April. Please check the annual conference webpage for the latest information as the event nears. In the meantime, you may want to visit this Explore Denver webpage to look into the various dining and activity options Denver has to offer.
