Kristijan Civljak, PhD is Assistant Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Business Psychology Department, where he expands and develops courses for socio-cultural foundation, culture centered interventions, consumer motivation, and organizational and cultural dynamics for graduate students. Dr. Civljak is focused on organizational development and the role of consulting in leadership, diversity and inclusion, and change management. His research concentration is on the settlement decisions of migrants, which propelled him to develop a construct map of migrants’ desires, career opportunities, transnational networks, and family values. In his consulting work, Dr. Civljak widely utilizes his experiences from McKinsey & Company, where he obtained his certificate in McKinsey Management Program, especially focusing on problem solving, team management, and clarity in communication. He also serves as a developmental coach and is partnered with national and international clients from different industries, inspiring them to optimize their personal and professional potential in the creative process of learning and development.
Megan Ross, PhD is a Psychologist with expertise in Systems and Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Leadership Development. Dr. Ross’s work focuses on the impact of embodied organizational development and how this directly translates to the services delivered. Her work intersects organizational, somatic, trauma and peace psychology in individuals, organizations and nations. Dr. Ross is a Chief Consultant for The Ozias Group. She has assisted local, national and international organizations and leaders in organizational development, strategic planning, conflict mediation and values led business leadership. Dr. Ross hold a practice in coaching and clinical psychology and serves as a graduate Professor in Business, International and Clinical Psychologies.
