By purchasing any of the advertising, exhibit space, sponsored items, and/or a sponsored graphic opportunity from the Society for the 2025 SIOP Annual Conference, you agree to the items outlined in the 2025 Partner Agreement, including payment date and artwork deadlines.

Warning of Unsolicited Vendors: SIOP does not contract with housing or mailing list companies. Partnering organizations contacted by such firms are encouraged not to conduct business with them and are asked to forward all such inquiries to srogers@siop.org. Thank you!

Exhibitor Hotel Accommodations

SIOP is not using a housing service—avoid the “hotel pirates” and only book with the hotels using the hotel links on the official accommodations’ web page.
Exhibitors & Sponsors: Please only use this hotel link to book your hotel room(s)!   www.siop.org/Annual-Conference/Hotel-Reservations.
Exhibitors Only: If you need assistance with a block of four (4) to ten (10) hotel rooms, please complete the  Exhibitor Housing Block Request Form and send it to Patty Kealy at  patty.kealy@conferencedirect.com .

  • The SIOP Executive Director must approve all requests. 
  • A limited number of rooms are available for exhibitor blocks on a first-come, first served basis. 
  • No more than one room can be held in a guest’s name. 
  • A maximum of ten (10) rooms can be held by each exhibiting organization. The SIOP Business Development Manager will confirm exhibiting status.
  • Completed forms should be sent to Patty Kealy, Conference Direct (612-345-1411), at  patty.kealy@conferencedirect.com  no later than December 20, 2024. Rooms will not be confirmed until the completion and approval of the form.
  • one-night, non-refundable room and tax charge will be applied for each reserved room at the time the reservation is made.
  • Each room must be assigned a name. No two rooms may have the same name. The exhibitor will be responsible for confirming individual name assignments with confirmed arrival and departure dates no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
  • Rooms that have not been confirmed by February 7, 2025, will be removed from the exhibitor block and sold to other attendees. The first night’s deposit will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations after February 7, 2025, will be subject to the full length of stay room and tax charges.

Auxiliary Events

Any partner who wants to hold their own event (e.g., a reception) at the Hyatt Regency Denver must complete an online SIOP Auxiliary Event Form. Please contact Laura Palmer at laura.palmer@conferencedirect.com for the form.
