Consortia

2025 SIOP Annual Conference

Consortia

Welcome to the 2025 SIOP Consortium

The Consortia Committee is thrilled to invite you to attend an opportunity to invest in your I-O career at the 2025 Consortia. If you are unfamiliar, the consortia are preconference sessions with content designed to support the development of students and early career I-O psychology professionals (both academic and applied). They are wonderful experiences that connect you with other I-Os, help you learn more about areas pertinent to your career interest, and plan for the next steps in your career.  The consortia are tailored to cater to diverse stages of professional development and interests. The four tracks are Master’s, Doctoral, Early-Career Faculty, and Early-Career Practitioner.

Past Consortia attendees have remarked:

“The advice [from the Consortia] could be immediately applied. Everyone was also very friendly and open to helping”

“Hearing from professionals was really useful. It’s nice to see that things you come across are normal and people have succeeded in them before”

“The panel discussion…was one of the most impactful panels  I've ever sat on. Very insightful and reassuring.”

“My mentor session was amazing! I was able to walk through and be coached on my goals, advantages, and challenges”

This year, the Doctoral Consortium, Early Career Faculty Consortium (ECFC), and Early Career Practitioner Consortium (ECPC) will be in person on Wednesday, April 2. The Master’s Consortium will continue to be virtual and will occur in a series of live (and recorded) mini-sessions in the weeks preceding the conference.

Each consortium is specifically designed to meet your learning, networking, and professional growth needs at your current career stage. The content below provides more information about each consortium from its co-chairs.

If you need help determining the right consortia for you, please check out the chart below. Of course, if you have any questions, you can reach out to me, Kristina Bauer.

On behalf of the Consortia Committee, we sincerely hope that you can attend these amazing events!
