Elaine Pulakos (PDRI)
LEC Chair
Elaine Pulakos, PhD, CEO of PDRI, is well-known for her work on agility and resilience. She works with companies globally to build these capabilities, increasing their competitive advantage and performance. Elaine has received numerous awards for her work, including SIOP’s Distinguished Professional Contributions Award, and she is a Fellow of APA and SIOP.
Gena Cox (FeelsHuman, LLC)
Dr. Gena Cox is an organizational psychologist and executive coach. She is the author of Leading Inclusion, a “how-to-be” book that helps corporate leaders and board directors build inclusive organizations from the top down. Gena has spent more than 25 years assisting leaders to build healthy organizational cultures, enhance their impact, and understand employee experience. She earned a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida (USF) and is an ICF PCC. Gena co-chairs SIOP’s Awards Committee and is a 2022 SIOP LEC Planning Committee member. She is on the boards of the USF Stavros Center and the University of Tampa TECO Center for Leadership.
Jennifer K. Dimoff (University of Ottawa)
Dr. Jennifer K. Dimoff (PhD) is an assistant professor at the Telfer School of Management at uOttawa. She is an affiliate faculty at Portland State University and Oregon Health & Science University. Her research focuses on leadership, occupational health, and training. She is a recipient of the SIOP Scientist-Practitioner Award and has worked with organizations worldwide to evaluate evidence-based solutions to real workplace problems. Dr. Dimoff co-developed the Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT)—among the first mental health programs for leaders to demonstrate ROI. She has co-edited a book, Leading to Occupational Health and Safety: How Leadership Behaviours Impact Organizational Safety and Well-Being.
Sheri L. Feinzig (Marsh McLennan)
Sheri L. Feinzig, PhD is Global Head of Workforce Planning & Analytics at Marsh McLennan. She is an experienced executive with a history of successfully leading teams through a range of business challenges, transformations, and growth. Sheri has expertise in human resources research, organizational change management and business transformation. Recent focus areas include diversity, equity and inclusion, AI ethics, people analytics, employee experience, and workforce planning. Sheri is an adjunct professor for New York University's Human Capital Analytics and Technology master’s program, and co-author of the critically acclaimed workforce analytics book The Power of People.
Leslie Hammer (Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences/Oregon Healthy Workforce Center)
Dr. Leslie Hammer is aassociate director for Applied Research in the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences and co-director of the Oregon Healthy Workforce Center, Total Worker Health® center of excellence, at Oregon Health & Science University. She is also a professor emerita at Portland State University and a leading international expert on work and family, occupational stress, and workplace mental health. She specializes in the mental and physical health effects of supportive supervision at work and has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating worksite interventions and evidence-based supervisor training, including the Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior (FSSB) training.
Tracy Kantrowitz (PDRI)
Dr. Tracy Kantrowitz is chief product officer at PDRI where she focuses on developing technology products and transforming PDRI’s R&D efforts into scalable solutions. She has consulted with a range of organizations across the public and private sectors, including Office of Personnel Management, U.S. Air Force, Army, NASA, DHS, FBI, members of the intelligence community, Google, and Amazon. She also presented to the National Academy of Engineering on cultivating adaptability in the STEM workforce, created and delivered assessment and training programs for defense acquisition personnel to understand and increase workforce adaptability, and has published results (along with Elaine Pulakos and Ben Schneider) in Consulting Psychology Journal: Research and Practice on a large-scale study of organization-level agility and its drivers.
Tracy has held several leadership roles within the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), including Professional Practice Officer, Conference Program Chair, and editorial board membership for Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice. A Fellow of SIOP, she is a recipient of the M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in the Workplace and the Distinguished Early Career Contributions Practice Award.
Elizabeth Lentz (PDRI)
Elizabeth Lentz is Head of Agility Research and Products at PDRI. She has 20 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative talent management solutions for a variety of private and public sector organizations globally. Her research has appeared in refereed journals, in book chapters, in numerous technical reports, and presented at professional conferences and military consortia. Elizabeth holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a minor in Management, from the University of South Florida.
Chris Lovato (Medtronic)
Chris Lovato, PhD has served as Medtronic’s Human Capital Insights (HCI) Director since 2019. His team is responsible for HR analytics consulting, predictive and advanced analytics, employee listening systems, 360 feedback, assessments for selection, and people research. Dr. Lovato has over 25 years of experience in people analytics, organization effectiveness, HR metrics, selection, employee surveys, skills-based HR, and AI applications for HR. Prior to Medtronic, he worked at IBM Watson Talent, The Home Depot, United Airlines, and Qwest Communications. Dr. Lovato holds a doctorate and master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Colorado State University.
Jeff McHenry (Rainier Leadership)
Jeff McHenry, Principal of Rainier Leadership Solutions, is an innovative, highly experienced leadership and organization development professional with deep expertise in coaching, assessment, talent management, and leadership development. His clients span a wide range of industries, including finance, healthcare, professional services, construction, manufacturing, and humanitarian. Prior to establishing Rainier Leadership Solutions in 2011, Jeff spent 18 years at Microsoft. His last role there was General Manager, Leadership Development & Recruiting, where he was responsible for executive recruiting and talent management, leadership and high potential development, and organizational development for the entire Corporation. During his time in this role, Microsoft won several prestigious awards for leadership development, including a 2011 Top 20 Companies for Leadership award from the Hay Group and a 2011 Best Practice Award from the European Foundation for Management Development. Jeff is a past president of the SIOP and currently serves on the APA Council of Representatives.
Rose Mueller-Hanson (Community Interface Services)
Rose Mueller-Hanson is the Associate Director/CFO of Community Interface Services, a non-profit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities. Much of her work has focused on helping organizations improve their performance and career management practices. She is the co-author of several recent articles on the topic, and the book Transforming Performance Management to Drive Performance. Prior to joining Community Interface Services, Rose was a Director of Talent Solutions at PDRI, a CEB Company, and served in the U.S. Air Force. She received her Doctorate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
Jane Wu (IBM)
Jane Wu, Ph.D. is an Associate Partner within IBM Consulting’s Talent Transformation service line. She serves as a SME and consultant for Watson powered HR applications, has deep expertise in developing and deploying bespoke pre-hire assessments, and also consults with clients on their diversity, equity, and inclusion journeys. Prior to IBM, Jane was a Senior Manager, Talent Management Analytics and Solutions at Marriott International. Jane received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.
