Gina Seaton

Gina Seaton, Ph.D., is a pragmatic and results-focused HR strategist and organizational psychologist. She holds a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies in internal and consulting roles to optimize global people processes through evidence-based practice. She currently serves as VP, head of Talent Acceleration at Shark Ninja. Prior to joining Shark Ninja, she has held leadership roles at PVH Corp (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein) and PepsiCo. Dr. Seaton’s expertise lies in leadership assessment and development, performance management, measurement, and associate experience.

Veronica Schmidt Harvey

Dr. Veronica Schmidt Harvey supports organizations in building strong healthy organizations and leadership pipelines through assessment, inclusive coaching, and design of holistic leadership development processes. She has deep expertise in assessing and developing the learning agility needed to not only survive but thrive during the dynamic times we live and lead in.

Over the course of her 35-year career, Veronica has been privileged to partner with many renowned organizations and their leaders, across all levels and a diverse range of industries.  She has assisted some of the most respected organizations in the world including Bank of America, BNSF Railway, Cargill, Ecolab, ExxonMobil, FedEx, Hershey’s, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Lurie Children’s Hospital, Merck, Murata, Nestle, Occidental Petroleum, Procter & Gamble, Syngenta, The FBI, Underwriter Labs, Union Pacific, University Health Systems, and many others.

Veronica received a doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, all from Iowa State University. In acknowledgment of her contributions to the science and practice of organizational psychology, she was elected Fellow in the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

Veronica is coeditor of the book The Age of Agility: Building Learning Agile Leaders and Organizations, published by Oxford University Press in 2021. In 2022 she coedited a special issue of the peer-reviewed Consulting Psychology Journal on the science and practice of learning agility, which received recognition by the Society of Consulting Psychologists. Dr. Harvey has also published in journals such as HRMagazine, Personnel Psychology, and the Journal of Applied Psychology.

Some of Veronica’s most influential learning experiences have been creating and leading a corporate leadership development function, operating her own talent consulting business, and serving as a partner with Aon Hewitt for more than 18 years. These experiences, as well as interviewing contenders for Aon Hewitt's Top Companies for Leaders research, have provided her a unique window to some of the most learning agile leaders and organizations in the world.

Jim Scrivani

Jim Scrivani, PhD, specializes in end-to-end talent management processes including talent assessment and selection, high-potential identification and development, succession planning, executive coaching, and 360 feedback.  He currently serves as the global head of Assessment & Development at Novartis. He has over 20 years of HR and talent management experience at Fortune 500 companies including Apple, PepsiCo, and PwC.  He holds a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and master’s degree in organizational management.

Anna Marie Valerio

Anna Marie Valerio, PhD, president of Executive Leadership Strategies, LLC, is a consultant specializing in executive coaching and leadership development and a member of New York University’s adjunct faculty in the I-O Psychology Master​'s ​Degree Program.

Dr. Valerio promotes the growth of C-suite, high-potential, and STEM leaders to meet current business challenges and achieve results in Fortune 50 and other organizations.  ​Anna Marie has served as an executive coach for leaders in a wide range of organizations and industry sectors, including technology, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, professional and financial services, and consumer products.​  Anna Marie encourages leaders to develop learning agility and improve their decision making to develop, engage, and influence a diverse workforce, accelerate the development of female leaders into senior roles, and achieve important results for their organizations. 

​Anna Marie has authored two books, Developing Women Leaders: A Guide for Men and Women in Organizations (2009, Wiley/Blackwell) and Executive Coaching: A Guide for the HR Professional (co-authored with Robert J. Lee, 2005, Wiley/Pfeiffer). She has also published articles and book chapters and has made extensive presentations at professional conferences and meetings.​ Dr. Valerio holds a PhD in Psychology from The City University of New York and a New York State license in Psychology. In acknowledgement of her contributions to I-O Psychology, Anna Marie was elected Fellow in the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

In her prior corporate experience at IBM, Anna Marie was responsible for executive development with the CEO’s direct reports and top 300 executives focused on building global leadership and organizational capability. In Anna Marie’s prior leadership roles at Verizon and at Sony Electronics, Inc., she created and led groups of I-O psychologists, managers, and consultants in strategic human resources and talent management functions, resulting in improved HR methodologies and organizational outcomes.

Anna Marie's article on the topic of high-potential women won SHRM’s HR People+Strategy2018 Walker Award for Best Article.  ​Other articles by Anna Marie have been published in The Journal of Consulting Psychology, Harvard Business Review, SHRM’s HR People+ Strategy Journal, Forbes.com, and Bloomberg​ Businessweek.com.
