C-Suite Perspective on Leadership in Organizations
1:15 - 2:00 p.m.

As organizations are faced with unprecedented change and challenges, leadership skills have become differentiators to achieving organizational goals. HR Leaders have an important opportunity to define the role that leadership and leadership development play within organizational and people strategy. CHROs in particular have an opportunity to influence and partner with the CEO, executive teams, and Boards of Directors to align the role that leadership will play in the company’s strategy. Peter Fasolo will be able to provide the perspective from within Johnson & Johnson to describe how leadership has become a catalyst to advancing the organization’s mission.

Panel Discussion:
Leading Tomorrow: Navigating the Ever-Changing Landscape of Leadership
2:00 - 2:45 p.m.

Societal and workplace shifts have placed demands on leaders to look for new ways to lead effectively in this changing world of work. Leaders face continued complexities among the myriad fast-paced changes and socio-political crises (“poly crises”) which makes the so-called “VUCA” world of a few short years ago seem tame and simple in comparison. How leaders navigate and lead through these unprecedented times will determine their individual and organizational success. How are organizations defining these criteria and expectations of their senior-most leaders? What will determine success in the future? This panel, composed of leadership assessment, development, and search professionals will discuss their research and learnings and how they are equipping their organizational clients for the future.

Practitioner Forum:
Developing Future Leaders
3:15 - 4:45 p.m.

Leadership development professionals from a variety of industries will describe a tailored and innovative development program they are conducting with their leaders. The panel will span a continuum from leadership development on a “shoe string” budget to well-funded bespoke programs and everything in between. Panelists will share strategies and lessons learned with opportunity for participant Q&A.
