The Early Career Faculty Consortium (ECFC) is designed for junior faculty in I/O psychology or OB/HR programs (e.g., postdocs, pre-tenure faculty). The consortium is also appropriate for graduate students who have accepted their first academic position. Attendees will participate in career-focused activities and sessions including panels on teaching and research, as well as navigating tenure, promotion, and marketability. Additionally, participants will attend a “bootcamp” led by the Associate Editors of the Journal of Applied Psychology to learn how to effectively respond to reviewers.
