Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Perspectives from Chief Human Resources Officers and Academic Researchers
In partnership with the National Academy of Human Resources, released the resource, "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Perspectives from Chief Human Resources Officers and Academic Researchers", summarizing key interviews with Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), Chief Diversity Officers (CDOs), and Scholars who conduct research in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion providing their perspectives on issues organizations face related to providing equal access to key opportunities, increasing diversity in leadership roles, and creating an environment of trust and belonging – particularly among people of color.
The SIOP Diversifying I-O Psychology (DIP) Program
Undergraduate students interested in I-O psychology engage in a 3-phase program to increase diversity and inclusion in funded I-O doctoral programs and within SIOP.
