The goal of the program is to help promising young scholars establish career successes, integrate them within the WFRN research community, and guide translation of their research to inform the work of decision-makers. Fellows receive 2020 membership in the WFRN, conference registration, and $500 to attend an Early Career Fellowship Preconference (June 23, 2020) and the 2020 WFRN Conference (June 24-27, 2020) in New York City). To be eligible, candidates must have received their doctorate in 2016 or later and have yet to progress into tenured or secure senior level positions. Detailed procedures for nominating SIOP Fellows are available on the SIOP website. SIOP Fellow nominees can come from all I-O areas and from all employment settings. SIOP recognizes several bases for Fellowship: research, teaching, practice, administration, and professional service. The common criterion in every case is “demonstrated outstanding contribution.” Fellowship is recognition by one’s peers for that contribution. Fellow nominees must be endorsed by at least three (3) SIOP Fellows.
